1 Spinner Per Pack.  The Demon Spinner is a heavy wire, in-line spinner that was designed for White Bass fishing on the Winnebago System.  Anglers have found it also works well for Walleye, Northern, Small Mouth, Trout, and Salmon.  Demon Spinners can be run at different speeds with no blow out.  They carry well through shallow water and weeds.
